Since I turned 29- ages ago, I have been creating many, mini-mental and physical challenges for myself, just to remind myself that I'm still growing. At the time of that first challenge, I learned to play the drums, communicate in sign language and began performing as a professional belly dancer.
While I don't do any of those to any great extent anymore, I know that they are a part of my evolution and I could very well re-visit any or all of those activities again. This blog is about what new feat or fear I am tackling. Stay tuned for adventures both mild and wild, but all contributing to the chang'in'me.
I am a Jill of Many Trades... I am an occupational therapist, specializing in breast cancer rehabilitation. I am also a massage therapist, personal trainer, integrative health counselor (nutrition) and yoga instructor.
I am the owner of One Touch Wellness, Inc. and have been in the health and wellness industry for over 10 years and have loved every minute of it!
I traveled a lot while growing up (over 30 states before the age of 12), but I have slowed down in both frequency and diversity as an adult... probably something to do with money and responsibilties. Now, I'm on the road again- coming to a spa, yoga studio or marathon near you!
